TERMS & CONDITIONS
QUOTING AND PRICING
At Dynamite Promotions Ltd, we prefer to sight artwork before providing a final price. Any work quoted prior to seeing artwork will be suggestive only or will be based on a 1 colour 1 position decoration. All pricing quoted excludes 15% GST and any additional freight or artwork services that may be incurred. If artwork or quantities have changed, we reserve the right to requote based on the new quantity requested.
If it is your business’ policy to provide purchase orders then Dynamite Promotions Ltd will only proceed with orders once a purchase order has been provided, please advise us of such policy. Our quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. By approving the quote and order confirmation provided and once artwork is signed, you are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
SAMPLE POLICY
Pre-production branded samples are available on request, but these will come at a cost of: cost of product + decoration cost + setup fee (where applicable) + delivery fee. Should the full job go ahead, then only the set-up fee will be waivered.
Un-branded samples, under the value of $5.00 are provided free of charge. Products over the value of $5.00 can be provided free of charge if they’re sent back to Dynamite Promotions Ltd within 14 days in a resalable condition with all packaging and tags as supplied. All shipping costs will be at your expense. If the samples are not returned within the above guidelines or they are returned damaged, then you will be invoiced for the full cost of the item plus freight. Dynamite Promotions Ltd reserves the right to charge for any samples where they see fit.
ARTWORK AND BRANDING
Artwork is to be provided in VECTOR ILLUSTRATOR FORMAT. This will be a file ending in .ai or .eps. This allows for a high-quality branding output as logos can be resized easily with no significant loss of detail. If these files are not available to you, Dynamite Promotions Ltd can provide a redraw of the artwork for a small fee. This fee will be subject to sighting the logo and will be determined by the complexity of the logo. For embroidery, we require either a JPEG or PDF file.
You are required to provide us with your company PANTONE PMS colours. PMS colours are industry standard charts which we use to ensure that the printing result on your product or apparel matches as closely as possible to your brand colours. It’s important that you provide the specifications of your brand’s PMS colours at the time of order. Should you not have these available, we can suggest a closely matched colour for your written approval, and this will be sent to you for electronic approval which may appear differently on different devices. In the absence of client-supplied PMS colours, the final products must be accepted as initially approved.
FONTS need to be provided in outlines/curves or supplied as TTF files.
All artwork proofs are to be signed off in writing via email, either signed or stating that you are happy to proceed with the artwork proof attached. Dynamite Promotions Ltd will agree to provide three artwork proofs free of charge, every proof thereafter will incur an additional charge. If for any reason you are unable to view the proofs prior to production, we require written confirmation that you’re happy to proceed without prior viewing and all goods supplied are at your own risk and no claim will be considered should the outcome not align to your expectations.
If you do not specify the position of your logo, we will assume it will be standard positioning which we will specify on all your final purchase orders and proofs.
Dynamite Promotions Ltd accepts no responsibility if the products are branded incorrectly. We also do not accept responsibility for incorrect artwork once the proof has been approved by you. If you choose not to proceed with an order after an art proof has been created, you will be liable for all administration charges including freight associated with your order. We will advise this charge at the time of cancellation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Dynamite Promotions Ltd reserves the right to retain intellectual ownership of all proposed visuals, concepts, and ideas. Any ideas proposed by Dynamite Promotions Ltd may not be shared with any other promotional company and/or agency or utilised by the client unless using Dynamite Promotions Ltd to implement. Written consent may be given to use these concept and ideas, but this will be provided on a case-by-case basis. There may be a fee incurred for this special type of consent and fee will be negotiated at the time of request.
PAYMENT
All new clients are required to pay their orders within 7 days for the first two orders. Invoices will be emailed to the person who has placed the order, unless otherwise notified. Clients on account must pay by the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For all overseas indent orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quote is required on signoff of order confirmation, art proof or pre-production sample. The order will not be placed until payment has been made. Final payment must be made within 5 working days of arrival of goods to the delivery address provided by you.
For any accounts outstanding more than 30 days, interest charges of 2.5% per month will apply and all new orders will not be processed until the outstanding payment is made. In the instance where payment is not made post 30 days, Dynamite Promotions Ltd can proceed with debt collection or legal action. You will be required to cover all costs and expenses associated with doing so.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Dynamite Promotions Ltd is responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address that you have provided. You are responsible for the care of those goods once delivered and we will not be liable for any damage caused when they’re in your care. Any delivery date or time provided is an estimate only and we take no responsibility for delays that are result of a third party e.g. courier or freight forwarder. We reserve the right to charge additional freight where required.
STOCK HOLDING INFORMATION
Dynamite Promotions Ltd cannot guarantee stock will be available at the time of order confirmation. We may be able to hold stock for 24 hours, but due to high volumes being ordered by others, we can only tell you what stock we have on hand at the time of the quote.
CANCELLATION FEES
Dynamite Promotions Ltd require all cancellations to be stipulated in writing. An order can only be cancelled if production of the order has not commenced, should this be the case there will be a fee, to be advised by us, at the time of cancellation request.
We may refuse cancellation or amendments to orders already approved and/or are already in production. You will be liable for any product, administration and freight charges associated with your order. The costs that would be charged are product purchases to date, product repacking and restocking fees, artwork changes, proofs, film and visuals, freight and a 20% cancellation fee to cover admin costs.
RETURNS
Dynamite Promotions Ltd will not accept the return of any branded products. The only exception is if the return request is a result of an error on our part, incorrect supply, there is extensive damage caused prior to you receiving the goods or if the branding is incorrect based on the proof approved. In the instance of stock damage prior to you receiving the order, we reserve the right to repair or replace the damaged stock at our discretion. All returned stock must be in its original condition, including all original packaging and tags. Any stock not in its original condition will be invoiced to you accordingly. We will also only accept the return (based on the stipulations outlined above) if you have notified us within 5 working days from delivery.
TITLE RETENTION CLAUSE
All goods remain the property of Dynamite Promotions Ltd until paid for in full. We reserve the right to repossess any stock that is not paid for in full by the 20th of the following month post when the original payment is due.
LOCAL ORDER PROCESS
Step 1: Dynamite Promotions Ltd to provide ideas, concepts and a quote for review and approval once they have received a brief from the client.
Step 2: Once the items are selected and the quote is approved, an order confirmation will be sent to the person who has placed the order. Once this order confirmation is approved step 3 will resume.
Step 3: Dynamite Promotions Ltd will send Purchase orders together with the correct format artwork to the decorators. At this point artwork proofs for approval will be requested.
Step 4: Once Dynamite Promotions Ltd receives the Artwork proofs back from the decorators, these will be sent to the client for checking and approval before production resumes.
Step 5: Once artwork proof has been approved, production will resume and dispatched within the advised production lead times provided.
THE OFFSHORE ORDER PROCESS
It’s just like the local process but with one small added step. Once the art proof is signed off we request a pre-production sample to be made and a photo to be sent over for final approval. Once this is signed off, we’ll go ahead with full production.
LEAD TIME & DELIVERY
- Local stock: Approx. 1-3 weeks depending on the product and supplier lead times at the time.
- Offshore production: Anywhere between 2-16 weeks.

- Offshore freight: Air freight 5-7 days, Sea freight 25-35 days
