Dynamite Promotions Limited Social Responsibility Policy

From the very start of the business in 2019, Dynamite Promotions committed itself to enact positive change on Human Rights. We may be a small team and a small fish in the pond, but we believe that our every action no matter how small can make a positive impact and make all the difference. For us, every day is an opportunity to be better!

We have highlighted below ways in which we are able to contribute to Socially Responsible practices.

We have fostered a diverse workplace and will also continue to build on, expand and embrace people of all races, genders, cultures, disabilities, and sexual orientations as we grow.

Life Education NZ – https://www.lifeeducation.org.nz/

Today children and young people face a lot of challenges, including obesity, substance use, mental health and well-being and bullying. The decisions we make as young people can dramatically affect how we live our lives in the future – and this is why Life Education exists. Through education we help students to understand how decisions they make today can affect their future health and well-being.

New Zealand Fijian Rugby League Association (NZFRL)

NZFRL creates pathways to the National Teams for young aspiring up and coming players. Dynamite Promotions sponsored team gear so the team showed unity and were kitted out with everything the players needed to get them on their way.

Kids Day Out Variety was established to provide children with special needs or children due to circumstances outside of their control may require some additional focus and support for a period of time, and their families with an opportunity to participate in a LIVE Variety Show performance. 3. Environment sustainability

We are committed to managing the day-to-day activities and the environmental impacts these may have.

Operations

Currently 50% of our Fleet cars are Hybrid driven with the aim to have 100% of our fleet Hybrid driven by January 2023.

Waste

We send unusable rejected products, which cannot be distributed on NZ soil, offshore to areas where the product can be used. We have partnered with a distributor who will take these products at no fee and send them to the Pacific Islands where they are much needed. We also donate products where needed to the same company who offer disaster relief efforts to the Pacific Island when needed.

Carbon footprint

We run a simple business model. Source – Brand – Distribute. We supply to order and generally do not carry stock. Our largest impact is FREIGHT – from our suppliers to our branders to our customers, so we typically choose to work with suppliers who offer inhouse branding to limit additional freight.

Supply chain

We take a proactive approach to reduce our impact on the social and environmental performance of our supply chain. We make every effort to ensure that all our suppliers have the necessary requirements in place including human rights, workplace relations, workplace health and safety, ethical business practices, information management and confidentiality, accessibility, environmental management, and supplier diversity.
